I offer an alternative to just boarding for your dog which is a combination of Home Stay and expert gentle training. Your dog can stay in my home , as if he were my own house dog, he will go on walks every day and if he pulls on the lead he will be kindly and effectively taught to walk without pulling, in both town and country locations.

Your dog will go to the training farm with me and meet livestock and join in dog games with the other dogs on the course . He will be taught to be responsive to his name and come when called, and to sit , lie down and stay when asked, teaching is through games and reward.

In short instead of being confined to kennels with a lot of barking dogs while you are away, your dog can go on his own stress free stimulating activity holiday. I only take one or two dogs for home stay at a time so they get plenty of attention, affection, and unhurried reward based training, all in a familiar domestic environment.

Guest dogs bring their own blankets and food with them, so they have familiar food and things around them . I only take dogs that are kind and gentle with other dogs for Home Stay , and for basic training they usually stay a week or two.
