More information about the training I offer - Puppies in the park: for happy, well socialised puppies. This takes place in Malvern, real life situations basic early training including recall and familiarising pups to different locations. One-to-one: to address specific issues this is tailor made to your individual needs. The length of training and the location is entirely up to you! The issues, the age of the dog and temperament will determine how much time is required along with the amount of time spent on practice between sessions. Owners will learn to understand how dogs learn, how they can be motivated to achieve a lasting improvement in their relationship. Following a session, a report is written up (over a cup of coffee!) to reinforce what has been learnt and achieved during the session and to enable the owner to maintain the training. Teaching dogs to ignore livestock: Hooligan hounds in the countryside learn self-control without the use of shock-collars or sheep attack! Adult dogs: General training with real life situations. The dog is taught to focus on the owner, to listen & comply. Clicker Training: Practical use and principles of operant and classical conditioning including the clicker training game. Dog Training Games: Games as training aids help the dog to learn fast and enjoyably. Residential Training: Leave your dog to be expertly and kindly trained followed by a minimum of 1 day one-to-one training with you and your dog so that you learn how to maintain the training.
